Apply for Grant Funding to Insulate your Home
From November 2021, eligible households can apply for up to £10, 000 to make energy efficient improvements to their home. Funding is also available for private landlords, local authority owned properties and social housing.

Social Housing Decarbonisation fund
Basildon Council is working in partnership with EON to deliver the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) - improving the energy performance of homes to EPC Band C to take homes out of fuel poverty and deliver progress towards the UK's commitment to Net Zero by 2050.
