Tenant Satisfaction Measures
The Regulator of Social Housing is a public body of government who regulates providers of social housing, including the setting of consumer and economic standards. In addition to these standards there are a set of Tenant Satisfaction Measures that we are required to report on. These measures allow our tenants see how we are performing and highlight areas where we need to improve.
The report outlines the outcome of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures for the year 2023/24. The data comes from our data systems and from the survey that was available for tenants to respond to throughout February and March 2024.

The survey is repeated each year and tenants will have the opportunity to respond accordingly. We will raise awareness when the 2024/25 survey is available for responses.
