Once you send your request and attach proof of identification, we will:
 

• let you know we have received it within three working days
• look at whether the decision was made without human involvement
• look at your original request again if this was made without human involvement
• let you know within one month that we have looked at this and what the result was
• let you know if we will take longer than one month to review this
