My right to object to you making decisions about me without human involvement
If you believe that we are making decisions about whether you can access our services based on automated decision making or profiling, you can ask us whether this is happening and can ask that we stop making decisions about you without people being involved.

You will need to give us the below information at the time of asking for this service:
- your name, address and contact details
- proof of identification and address
- a description of the decision you think we have made based on automated processing
Please send your request in writing to our Data Protection Office: Email the Data Protection Office
Once you send your request and attach proof of identification, we will:
- let you know we have received it within three working days
- look at whether the decision was made without human involvement
- look at your original request again if this was made without human involvement
- let you know within one month that we have looked at this and what the result was
- let you know if we will take longer than one month to review this
