I need you to delete the personal information that you hold about me

Please send your request in writing to our Data Protection Office: Email the Data Protection Office

Once you send your request, we will:

• let you know we have received it within three working days
• look at the information you are asking us to remove to make sure that we are able to do this
• erase the information, if possible
• let you know within one month that we have removed this or the reasons we are not able to
• let you know if we will take longer than one month to review this

We will give full consideration to all requests and, in particular, those about children's personal data.
