My right to have my personal data deleted
You can ask us to erase information that we hold about you. We can only do this when there is good reason to stop its continued use. In some cases, we will not be able to erase your information because an exemption in data protection law applies.

You will need to tell us the below information at the time of asking for this service:
- your name, address and contact details
- proof of identification and address
- a description of the personal data that you want us to erase
Please send your request in writing to our Data Protection Office: Email the Data Protection Office
Once you send your request, we will:
- let you know we have received it within three working days
- look at the information you are asking us to remove to make sure that we are able to do this
- erase the information, if possible
- let you know within one month that we have removed this or the reasons we are not able to
- let you know if we will take longer than one month to review this
We will give full consideration to all requests and, in particular, those about children's personal data.
