The Place To Meet - Hire of Meeting Rooms at The Place, Pitsea

There are 5 meeting rooms of various sizes available for hire at The Place. Some meeting rooms can be merged together to provide a larger meeting or function area.

Suitable for all your different business needs including general meetings, training courses, presentations, clubs and group activities, rehearsals, workshops and one to one meetings.

All rooms are carpeted. Tables and chairs can be arranged in:

  • Classroom Style
  • Boardroom Style
  • Theatre Style

  • Lift enabling disabled access to all floors.

Equipment hire

To compliment your room hire or event, equipment is also available to hire including staging, flip charts, projectors & screens. Please note that projectors are only available to hire in room 2.
 



MEETING ROOM 1

Meeting Room 1 is a smaller 1st floor meeting room suitable for a variety of uses. This room can be hired together with room 2, which includes a licensed bar, for smaller evening functions.

  • 48 seated theatre style
  • 16-20 seated boardroom style.

MEETING ROOM 2

Meeting Room 2 is a larger meeting room situated on the first floor. This light and airy room also has a licensed bar and can be hired together with room 1 larger meetings, wakes and community gatherings.

Meeting Room 6 is situated on the second floor. It is our smallest meeting room which is suitable for one to one's or very small meetings of no more than 4 people.
