What documents will I need to supply with an application?
The application form will indicate what you need to provide. As a minimum, you will need to supply:
- an application form,
- pay the fee,
- a 1:1250 scale location plan,
- a 1:500 scale block plan (if appropriate),
- an existing and proposed elevations and floor plans if the building is being altered,
- an existing and proposed roof plans if the roof is being changed by the proposal,
- street scenes if a new building.
