Application for approval of details reserved by condition
Notification of a proposed larger home extension - establishing whether Prior Approval is required
Application for a new planning permission to replace an extant planning permission, in order to extend the time limit for implementation.
Application for replacement of associated listed building and/or conservation area consents in order to extend the time limit for implementation
- must be completed if either a Certificate B or C is declared on an application for Planning Permission.
- must be completed for publication in local newspaper if either Certificate C or D is declared on an application for Planning Permission.
Lawful Development Certificates
In the case of a listed building, consent is generally required before you can undertake any structural maintenance and/or alteration works.
An application for Planning Permission may also be required if the scale and /or location of planned works is beyond permitted limits. These limits apply to all buildings whether unlisted or not.
