Cabinet considered the Issues and Options (I&O) document following modifications arising from earlier member engagement. Cabinet recommended that this document, alongside supporting documentation, be approved by Full Council on 23 March 2023 for the purposes of an 8-week Regulation 18 consultation commencing in June 2023.
