My right to have processing of my personal data restricted
You can ask us to limit the way that we use the information that we hold about you if you are concerned about the accuracy of it or how we are using it.

You will need to give us the below information at the time of asking for this service:
- your name, address and contact details
- proof of identification and address
- what information you want restricted
- why you want us to limit the way we use that information
Please send your request in writing to our Data Protection Office: Email the Data Protection Office
Once you send your request and attach proof of identification, we will:
- let you know we have received it within three working days
- look at the information you are asking us to limit use of to make sure that we are able to do this
- update our records to limit use of the information, if possible
- let you know within one month that we have updated our records or the reasons we are not able to
- let you know if we will take longer than one month to review this
