My right to have my personal data corrected
If you think that some of the information we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you can ask us to put it right.

You will need to give us the below information at the time of asking for this service:
- your name, address and contact details
- proof of identification and address
- details of the information that you believe is not right
- the reason why you think the data is incorrect
- the information about you that we need to update our records with
Please send your request in writing to our Data Protection Office: Email the Data Protection Office
Once we receive your request, we will:
- let you know we have received it within three working days
- look at the change to make sure that we need to make it
- make the change, if necessary
- let you know that we have made the change
