| Needles & Paraphernalia | It is the aim of the Council to remove all drug paraphernalia located within the borough within 1 working day of it being reported as a recognised priority, to ensure people's safety. Though all types of drug paraphernalia should be removed within no more than 3 working days of it being reported. |
