The children's health services listed here offer provide practical help, advice and support to families with pre-school age children aged five years and under.

0-5 Years Health Visiting Service

From 1st April 2017 Health Visiting has been incorporated into a new Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service  commissioned by Essex County Council in conjunction with NHS West Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (opens new window).

Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Services provide practical help, advice and support to families with pre-school age children aged five years and under, in order to promote both physical and social well-being.

The following three Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service, Healthy Family teams are based in Basildon Borough:
