Pigeons or other birds causing a nuisance in or around a property

Unless birds have entered a Council-owned property because of the need for a housing repair (for example, a hole in the roof), Basildon Council are unable to assist. Where there is damage to a Council tenant's property, through which a bird or birds have entered, this would be addressed as a Repair. In that event, please use the link below.
