Direct Debit (recommended) | Direct Debit is an easy and convenient way to pay from a bank or building society account and you can choose whether to pay on 1st, 16th or 23rd of each month for rent, or the 1st, 16th and 27th of each month for leaseholder service charges. You can inform your bank or building society should you wish to cancel payment at any time and the Direct Debit Guarantee allows an immediate refund to you if anything should go wrong. You can complete a Rent Direct Debit Mandate online to set up your direct debit. You can complete a service charge and/or housing invoice mandate online to set up your direct debit. |
