Pathways is for anyone who is looking for help finding work or wants to gain new skills or retrain to enter more fulfilling, secure and better paid employment.
Whether you are looking to change your career and need to update your skills, are currently unemployed and looking for work or leaving full time education and need advice on career options - the team at Pathways in Basildon Town Centre is here to help.

We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Pathways is partnering with the Department for Work and Pensions and Essex County Council to hold a career fair for people with autism, ADHD, or other neurodiversity. A formal diagnosis is not required to attend this event, nor do attendees need to be JCP claimants.
