Section 35 Notice
At a Special Meeting of the Basildon Borough Council on Thursday 20th of March 2025, Basildon Borough Council decided to change to a scheme for whole- council elections, under Section 34 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (the Act).
Apply to Vote by Proxy
If you can't vote in person, one option is to cast your vote by proxy - this means getting someone else to vote on your behalf.
