Open Bank Holidays except:

  • Christmas Eve (24th December) - closes at 2.30pm
  • Christmas Day (25th December) - closed all day
  • Boxing Day (26th December) - closed all day
  • New Year's Eve (31st December) - closes at 2.30pm
  • New Year's Day (1st January) - closed all day

Last admission for members of the public is five minutes before closing time.

Please Note: Barleylands Recycling Centre have installed a height restriction barrier at 2m to prevent the unauthorised disposing of commercial waste. Vehicles above this height will not be able to gain access to the recycling centre. We also do not allow open backed trucks or vans and do not collect trade waste at this location.
