Basildon Borough Council Local Plan intervention letter and response

We received correspondence from the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities regarding matters related to the development of a Local Plan for the borough. We have reviewed the details of the letter and responded accordingly, taking into consideration the Secretary of State's comments on the council's Local Development Scheme.
