I am moving to a new property and have a live subscription. How do I transfer this to the new address?

If you are moving to a new address within the Basildon Borough

Please contact our Customer Resolution Team once you have moved into the new property and ask for your subscription address to be updated.


If you are moving to a new address outside of the Basildon Borough

Please contact our Customer Resolution Team once you have moved into the new address and tell us that you no longer need the garden waste subscription service.  Please note that no refund will be given unless this is within the 14 day cooling off period.
