Fees and charges - Environmental Information Request

The Council charge a fee for providing environmental information. The fee per Contaminated Land enquiry is detailed in the Council's current Fees and Charges.

An additional hourly rate may be charged where enquiries entail more than 2 hours of officer time. Where a fee is due we will issue a fee letter to let you know how much it will cost.
