Morgan Sindall Property Services Energy Cafes
These friendly, informal sessions provided by Morgan Sindall Property Services are delivered virtually via Teams on the first Wednesday of each month from 11am to 12.30pm.
Those running the sessions have passed a Level 3 qualification in Energy Awareness with the National Energy Action, enabling them to advise residents on the following:
- Making sure your home is energy efficient
- What to do if you're struggling to pay your energy bills
- The best boiler and thermostat controls for heating your home efficiently
- Grants and benefits to help you pay your energy bills
- Signposting for extra support to other agencies

Improve your financial health
Basildon Credit Union is a not-for-profit organisation owned and controlled by members, with no outside shareholders to satisfy. Members save regularly every month, from as little as £5 per month. This forms a pool of money which is lent to members by way of loans at reasonable rates of interest.
To join Basildon Credit Union Limited you need to live and/or work within the County of Essex.
