Gambling Act 2005 - (Licensing Authority Policy Statement) (England and Wales) Regulations 2006
On 28 February 2022, Basildon Borough Council will publish its Gambling Licensing Policy Statement.
The policy that was approved by the council on 27 January 2022 will have effect from 28 February 2022.

The document can be inspected between 09.00 hours and 17.00 hours, by prior arrangement, at The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL. Appointments can be made by contacting 01268 206925.
Copies of the document can be provided in hard format or via e-mail.
This notice has been placed on the council's website and posted on a public noticeboard in The Basildon Centre.
