REASON FOR INQUIRY: Appeal by Orwell (Basildon) Limited relating to:
Planning Application No: 20/00955/FULL
Proposed Development: Demolition and Redevelopment of the Existing Building and Erection of a Mixed Use Scheme Comprising of Flexible Commercial Floorspace (Use Class A1- A5, B1, D1 and/or D2) on the Ground-First Floors and 492 No. One and Two Bedroom Residential Apartments (Use Class C3) in 3 Blocks of up to 17 Storeys, with Associated Parking, Servicing and Communal Amenity Areas.
