5 Year Housing Land Supply Report
The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) requires local planning authorities to identify and update annually a supply of specific deliverable sites sufficient to provide a minimum of five years' worth of housing against their housing requirement. The 5 Year Land Supply report below sets out Basildon Council's land supply position and highlights how this has been calculated.
