Neighbourhood Development Plans (NDP) and Orders
Neighbourhood Development Plans (NDP) set out general planning policies for development and the use of land and are used to determine planning applications in the neighbourhood area.
Neighbourhood Planning in the Borough
There are currently no adopted Neighbourhood Development Plans or Neighbourhood Development Orders in the Borough. However there are designated neighbourhood areas in the borough which are in the process of preparing neighbourhood plans for their administrative areas.
