Our range of weekly Pulse Fitness classes are open to members and non-members.

Pulse Fitness Classes are usually set to music and done in a group, which makes them really social, motivational and good fun.

  • Fully qualified instructors.
  • Suitable for all ages from 16 upwards.
  • Suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Beginners always welcome.
  • Non-members welcome.

All classes cost £5.05 per class (or take advantage of our FULL PULSE membership and receive unlimited access to the Fitness Suite plus unlimited access to all Fitness Classes included in your membership).

Over 60s concessionary rate £3.85 per class.

Booking in advance is not essential but recommended to avoid disappointment. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

PULSE FITNESS CLASSES WEEKLY PROGRAMME

Monday

  • BODY BLITZ - 9.30am-10.30am
    Good overall body workout tackling and getting to grips with your wobbly bits! Incorporating hand weights, bands, tubes and lots more. Smiles too!

  • BOOTCAMP - 6.00pm-7.00pm
    A great new class incorporating equipment that you don't get in the normal gym! Great for burning fat, toning up and getting a full body workout. Open to all levels of fitness.

Tuesday

  • LOW AEROBICS - 9.30am-10.30pm
    A fun class involving both cardiovascular and resistance exercise to motivating, fun music! A real feel good factor!

  • PEDAL MANIA - 6.00pm-6.45pm - Advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
    An intense cardiovascular workout using a variety of pedal speeds, body positions and intensity settings. The invigorating music and class atmosphere will ensure you burn up to 900 calories per session whilst getting the ride of your life! Open to beginners and all abilities. Places are limited to 10 per class therefore booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

  • ZUMBA® (beginners & intermediate) - 6.00pm - 6.45pm
    Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

  • ZUMBA® (intermediate & advanced) - 7.00pm - 8.00pm - Advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
    Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Wednesday

  • BODY BURN - 6.30pm-7.30pm
    A new high intensity class to burn that fat and get rid of your wobbly bits! Body weight exercises designed to make you sweat the fat away!

  • STRETCH and TONE - 7.30am-8.30pm
    A yoga based class to improve your flexibility and mobility. Ease your aches and pains, tones you up and strengthens your core.

Thursday

  • FIT BALL - 9.30am-10.15am
    A Stability Ball class but with a modern twist! Using a split routine to target those stabilising core muscles along with the main muscle groups, using a combination of hand weights and body weight.

  • KETTLEBELL - 10.30am-11.15am
    Want to burn some serious calories in just 45 minutes? Kettlebell is the class to try. A swinging movement that helps improve posture, back, strength and power. The magic is in the swing. You can do it.

  • PEDAL MANIA and ABS - 6.30pm-7.30pm - Advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
    Pedal Mania is an intense cardiovascular workout using a variety of pedal speeds, body positions and intensity settings. The invigorating music and class atmosphere will ensure you burn up to 900 calories per session whilst getting the ride of your life! Open to beginners and all abilities. After burning the fat doing our classic Pedal Mania class it's on to 'ABS', ...toning that tummy with some additional exercises, concentrating on lower abdominals and obliques. Places are limited to 10 per class therefore booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Friday

  • BODY BOXING MIX - 9.30am-10.30am
    A new full body workout for all fitness levels. Based on Boxing and MMA training, learn how to kick and punch your way to fitness.

  • BEGINNERS BOOTCAMP - 9.45am - 10.30am
    Much like our Monday Bootcamp, with each exercise consisting of an easy, intermediate and difficult version. Open to all levels of fitness.
