Brownfield Land Register - How to submit potential sites

The site must be previously-developed 'brownfield' land, and capable of supporting 5-or-more dwellings or be at least 0.25 hectares in size.  Sites should be suitable for residential use and free from constraints that cannot be mitigated.  The Council will have the final say on which land is placed on the Register. Inclusion on the Register does not prevent a planning permission planning application being pursued alongside, or at a later date.
