The information that you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence. You do not have to provide your name, but it is often extremely useful for the investigating officer to be able to speak to you to clarify information that is provided.

6. Please provide as much information as possible. For example, if you think that they have an undeclared partner, provide their name and/or description. When is a good time to catch them at home? Can you provide details of their car? If you think that someone is working while claiming benefit, where do they work or what type of work do they do? What time do they leave the house to go to work? How do they travel to work, etc.? The more you can tell us, the greater the chance there is of proving fraud.
