Season Tickets are managed by Chelmsford City Council and are subject to availability. You may be placed on a waiting list and contacted once a ticket becomes available.

Please Note: Radford Crescent Car Park is currently over subscribed. We are not accepting any new applications for this car park at this time.

Terms and Conditions
- Non-residents are considered to be any person who lives outside of the Basildon Borough area
- Non-residents are not permitted to apply for a Season Ticket using a Basildon employer's address
- Season Tickets are only valid in the car park(s) specified on the ticket
- All Season Tickets are issued on a pro-rata basis and not by calendar month
- Wickford Season Tickets are not valid in the Wickford Lady gate car park
- There is no surcharge for Debit or Credit Card transactions.
- There are currently no new Season Tickets for Billericay High Street car park
- Due to high demand, some car parks have a waiting list
- If you are placed on the waiting list you will be contacted once a Season Ticket becomes available
- Vehicles with an unladen weight in excess of 2 Tonnes are not permitted in our car parks
- Refunds are calculated on entire remaining months
