Within the Basildon Centre, staff are available to offer advice on a range of services. Residents can access phones to call our Contact Centre and computers to use our online services.

Document scanning is available for housing benefits, council tax and housing applications. No appointment required - please report to reception.

For some services, we offer face-to-face appointments. Please contact us and we will discuss how we can help.

• Monday to Friday - Open 9am - 5pm
• Saturday and Sunday - Closed
• Closed all Public Bank Holidays
