Some of the images on our site do not display appropriate alt-text (WCAG 2.1 1.1.1)We will add appropriate text alternatives to our images when we upload new images and fix images we find in ourongoing manual audits.Ongoing
Some pre-recorded videos do not have captions (WCAG 2.1 1.2.2)We plan to add captions to all embedded videos that we produce moving forward and use creative cloud to deliver this. We also use suppliers such as YouTube to provide automated captions for videos on the site.Ongoing
Some of our online forms and pages receive alt tab focus and ordering in the wrong order. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.4.3 Focus Order (Level A)We will test all new forms to ensure focus and ordering and correct and consistent for all new forms added to the website. We will amend the focus and tab order of affected webpages and online forms when we find them in our manual audits currently being completed.Ongoing
