Housing rent e-services sign up and access
Welcome to The Tenant Portal, a new service which allows you to access your Housing Rent Account securely online.

To receive your own secure login and password, all you have to do is complete our online sign-up form with your tenancy reference number and address details.
This service will allow you to:
- View your rent account balance, payment history and charge details
- Request a change to your personal details
- Book a repair to your property
- Request an adaptation to your property
- Submit a request to terminate your tenancy.
Please Note:
- Only customers named on the Rent account are able to sign-up to e-services.
- If details are misspelt or entered incorrectly the application will take longer than usual to be processed.
- Login details are sent out by post. Please allow 7 working days for your activation code to arrive.
You can use our online facility to make a payment on your rent account.
If you have been notified of a credit on your rent account, you can request a refund online.
