What information will be gathered as part of a Local Land Charge Search?

The searches will identify and provide the search requester with any history and legal restrictions which may affect future development of the property or land.

This includes:

• previous planning history
• planning constraints such as if the property is a listed building or if it were in a conservation area
• any notices or restrictions imposed on the land and property
• nearby highway proposals.
