Please send your request in writing to our Data Protection Office: Email the Data Protection Office

Once you send your request and attach proof of identification, we will:

• let you know we have received it within three working days
• look at the information you are asking us to stop processing to make sure that we are able to do this
• update our records to stop use of the information, if possible
• let you know within one month that we have updated our records or the reasons we are not able to
• let you know if we will take longer than one month to review this
