My right to object to you processing my personal data
You can object to us using or processing the information that we hold about you. We can only stop this when there is good reason to. In some cases, we will not be able to stop using your information if we can give you legitimate reasons to continue using it.

You will need to give us the below information at the time of asking for this service:
- your name, address and contact details
- proof of identification and address
- a description of the personal information that you want us to stop processing
- the reasons that you want us to stop using this
Please send your request in writing to our Data Protection Office: Email the Data Protection Office
Once you send your request and attach proof of identification, we will:
- let you know we have received it within three working days
- look at the information you are asking us to stop processing to make sure that we are able to do this
- update our records to stop use of the information, if possible
- let you know within one month that we have updated our records or the reasons we are not able to
- let you know if we will take longer than one month to review this
