My right to have my personal data transferred
You can ask us to send your personal information to another organisation. This needs to be in a way that is accessible and machine-readable, for example as a csv file. We can only do this if is it "technically feasible".
The right only applies to data that:
- is held electronically, and
- you have given to us

You will need to give us the below information at the time of asking for this service:
- your name, address and contact details
- proof of identification and address
- a description of the personal information that you want sent and to who
Please send your request in writing to our Data Protection Office: Email the Data Protection Office
Once you send your request and attach proof of identification, we will:
- let you know we have received it within three working days
- look at the information you are asking us to send
- send this information if it is technically feasible
- let you know within one month that we have sent the information, or tell you why we have not been able to do this
- let you know if we will take longer than one month to send this
