Licensing - Notification of club premises change of details or club rules
You must notify the licensing authority if there is a change to the details shown on the club's premises certificate or if there is a change to the club rules.
The licensing authority must be notified if there is:
- any change of name or address of any person named on the club premises certificate
- any change to the name or address of a registered club
- any change to the club rules.
Application forms
Notification of change forms are only available from the GOV.UK website which also gives full guidance on the notification procedure including additional information you must supply and payment of notification fees.

Notification fees
There is a statutory fee of £10.50 for processing the notification.
Additional information you must supply with of your notification
When you submit your notification, you also need to include:
- Notification of the relevant change
- The current club premises certificate
- Payment of the notification fee
