Planning - Committee Meetings
Since 7th July 2004
Applications that are not delegated by Basildon Council for a decision by the Manager of Planning Services are considered by The Planning Committee (formerly the Development Control & Traffic Management Committee).

It is a Government statutory requirement that all agendas and reports must be posted on the Council's web site:
- within 5 clear working days
- plus the posting day
- plus the committee day
Basildon Council aims to post minutes of Committee meetings which set out planning decisions, on the its website within 5 working days of the Committee decision.

Applications that were not delegated by Basildon Council for a decision by the Manager of Planning Services were considered by an Area Committee.
