Your fee is paid straight to the Portal when you have completed your online application.
All files are uploaded to Basildon Council on submission. This speeds up the validation process.
The Planning department at Basildon Council will operate with a paperless system from the 1st of January 2019. By using the planning portal you are helping us to achieve this.
Plans, documents and supporting information to include with your application
If your application affects a Listed Building, you may need to include a separate Listed Building Consent Form along with your Planning Application. See Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas.
The full range of requirements can be found within Basildon's National and Local List of Validation requirements for Planning Applications, which shall apply to all applications submitted on or after 1st July 2019.
