Basildon Borough Council - Wickford Park Ward - Notice of Vacancy

Pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, notice is hereby given that a vacancy has occurred in the office of councillor for the Wickford Park Ward of Basildon Borough Council, due to the death of Councillor David Harrison. 

A by-election to fill the vacancy will be called if TWO local government electors of the borough make a request in writing to the Proper Officer to fill the vacancy by election. 

All requests for a by-election should be made to the Proper Officer at the address below.
