In the news: Public hearing date set - London Road
A date has been set for a Hearing in respect of Sadlers Park, London Road, Bowers Gifford, Basildon, Essex, SS13 2HD
The Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold the hearing opening at 10am on Wednesday 6 November at The Basildon Centre, Hybrid Boardroom, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL. Any person may attend the hearing and, at the Inspector's discretion, give their views, or appoint someone to speak on their behalf.

The hearing follows appeals by Mr Martin Doran, relating to the enforcement notices issued by Basildon Council alleging:
1. Without planning permission, the erection of a building ("the Building") in the approximate location as shown outlined and hatched in black on the notice plan.
