In the news: Public hearing date set - Deerbank Road
A date has been set for a Hearing in respect of Cefn Coed, Deerbank Road, Billericay, Essex, CM11 1BB
The Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold the hearing opening at 10am on Tuesday 5 November at The Basildon Centre, St George's Suite, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL. Any person may attend the hearing and, at the Inspector's discretion, give their views, or appoint someone to speak on their behalf.

The hearing follows appeals by Mrs Jayne Dennison & Mr Carl Dennison relating to the enforcement notices issued by Basildon Council alleging:
Notice 1: Without planning permission, engineering operations involving the excavation of earth and the installation of a concrete suspended floor foundation on the Land.
Notice 2: Without planning permission, the erection of a building ("the Building" - shown approximately edged and hatched black on the notice plan on the Land.
