Direct Debit is an easy and convenient way to pay from a bank or building society account and you can choose whether to pay on 1st or 16th of each month for rent, or the 1st, 16th and 27th of each month for leaseholder service charges.
You can inform your bank or building society should you wish to cancel payment at any time and the Direct Debit Guarantee allows an immediate refund to you if anything should go wrong.

Rent and leaseholder payments can be made by using your rent payment card at local post offices, or at any local business displaying the PayPoint sign, such as newsagents, convenience stores or filling stations.
