Customer Strategy Development - November 2018

We are in the process of developing a new Customer Strategy. We want you to give us your feedback.

We would appreciate your views to help us improve how we deliver our services to you.

Basildon Council is developing a new customer strategy and as part of this process we have drafted some core principles that we feel are most important when making decisions about how you can access our services and how we deliver those services to you. We want you to provide us with your feedback on these principles by completing a short survey.

A New Customer Panel

We are also currently looking for customers who are willing to volunteer their time to discuss the development of our customer strategy. We are inviting you to join our customer panel and tell us about experiences you have had as a customer of the Council to shape our future service delivery.

Please bear in mind that participants will have to be over the age of 18 to take part in the panel. Any activities will take place during the working week on Monday to Friday and you will need to be available on these days.
