Resident involvement - Leaseholder Panel
Become a Leaseholder Panel member and meet quarterly in order to consider issues that are important to leaseholders
Basildon Council has a Leaseholder Panel which is supported and organised by one of our dedicated Resident Involvement Development Officers
The purpose of the Leaseholder Panel is to meet quarterly in order to consider issues that are important to leaseholders, such as:
- service charges
- major repairs programmes
- insurance costs
- general lease matters.
The views of our leaseholders are important to Basildon Council, we also have a legal requirement to consult our leaseholders when major repairs and improvements are to be carried out to any of our blocks of flats.
